Services
Individual therapy is a personal and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a trained professional one-on-one. It provides an opportunity to work through challenges, gain insights, and develop coping strategies tailored to your unique needs. Through open dialogue, you can uncover patterns that may be affecting your well-being and work towards achieving personal growth and emotional healing.
Offered by all clinicians both in-person and virtual
Individual Therapy
Couples therapy is designed to help partners improve their relationship. In a supportive environment, couples work with a trained therapist to address communication issues, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their emotional connection. This process encourages understanding and empathy, allowing individuals to express their feelings openly with the goal to foster a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.
Offered in-person and virtually by Michaela George and Heather Hunt
For our active military service members and veterans seeking a support for their mental health disability claims, we offer a private pay option that includes review of records, completion of clinical interview, and letter to be provided to the service member directly or their county veteran resource officer.
